follow these guidelines for this assignment:

1. Your topic must be submitted to the instructor on or by the due date. Please see the Syllabus or the Course Schedule for the exact date. The instructor must approve the topic first, so please do not start working on this assignment until you have approval. Every student should choose a different topic; students in the same class will not be allowed to research the same topic.

2. The body of the paper must be between 5 and 8 pages in length. That does not include the title page or the reference page

3. The paper should be in 12 point font with 1 inch margins and double spaced. Black ink please. The font should be one that is easily readable. I suggest Times New Roman.

4. References and the Title Page should be done in APA (American Psychological Association) format. Again, only the title page and the reference page need to follow APA format. There are some websites listed at the bottom of this document that will help you put those two things into APA format.

5. The rough draft is due at midterm and the final project is due the week before finals. Again, please see the Syllabus or the Course Schedule for exact dates.

6. Your final project should include a title page, the body of your paper, and the reference page or pages. You should use a minimum of 3 professional references. NO WIKIPEDIA!!!!!
