Employee motivation at work place

At this stage of my life I want to work for an organization that has global impacts. I want to make a difference in the world, and make it a better place. The physical environment doesn’t matter, it can be clean or dirty, new or old. What does matter is the way employees are treated. Employees would be free to communicate with those above and below them when appropriate, and communication would be respectful, much like the policies of the organization. Promotions would be fair and equitable. There would also be opportunities to move from position to position to keep employees engaged.
